One possibilitiy would be Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channel ##RonPaul or #AntiWarRadio on e.g. irc.freenode.net or irc.efnet.org. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Relay_Chat
Another possibility: web-chat (bleh, boo)

I have thought of asking someone to set up an IRC channel on freenode. It might be useful. I’m not much of an IRC guy, but I do have X-Chat installed. The best way to do it is to register the channel so it’s open all the time even without a mod.

Internet Relay Chat channel ##AntiWarRadio on FreeNode is now registered (to me). It is not yet officially associated with freenode.
To chat on IRC you will generally want to install an ‘IRC client’. Two popular options include:
1) Xchat for Windows (freeware version) http://silverex.info/download/
2) MIRC http://www.mirc.com/get.html (most popular windows client)
For IRC chat without a client program, there are some web gateways that can also do the job for e.g.
http://www.mibbit.com/
To connect to freenode, set “irc.freenode.net” as the server name. Port number is default (6667)
To join the channel, your client should have a “join channel” button somewhere, or type into the text-entry field:
“/join ##AntiWarRadio”
